The ideal candidate is personable, friendly, and flexible with their schedule. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently overnight while still delivering exceptional guest service. Training will be provided upon offer of employment.

Job Type:

Full-Time Schedule:

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (overnights; must be available weekends and holidays)

Salary:

$15.50 - $16.50 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Register guests, assign rooms, and process payments during check-in Accommodate and document special requests Assist with pre-registration and blocking of rooms for early arrivals, E-check-ins, or status guests Communicate efficiently with housekeeping on room status (late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, day-use rooms) Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently Meet and greet guests; maintain a welcoming and safe overnight environment Balance and reconcile cash drawers before shift ends Ensure the safety and security of the property during night hours Complete daily checklists, maintenance logs, and other assigned tasks Close out the system nightly and submit reports to the corporate office Send End-of-Shift email and communicate important shift updates to coworkers Assist Sales team with group check-ins, billing, and follow-up

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong guest service and problem-solving abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills Thorough understanding of credit card and payment procedures Familiarity with room rates, packages, and hotel discounts Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and stay organized under pressure Team player who works well with all departments (Housekeeping, Sales, Maintenance) Reliable, flexible, and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience with Property Management Systems such as FOSSE or PEP Prior experience with Hilton or Marriott properties Spanish-speaking candidates preferred Strong computer proficiency Eagerness to learn new software and systems
