Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will serve as the welcoming face and attentive guardian of the hotel during overnight hours. This key role combines exceptional guest service with front desk operations and financial reconciliation to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient hotel performance. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for assisting guests with check-ins and inquiries, managing reservations, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. In addition, you will perform nightly audits, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily reports to support the hotel's operations. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to service excellence will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable stay for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns professionally Answer and manage multi-line phone systems Perform night audit procedures and balance daily hotel transactions Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Maintain accurate guest records and billing information Conduct basic property security checks during overnight hours Prepare nightly reports and communicate important updates to management Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area Qualifications 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred Strong customer service and guest relations skills Ability to work independently overnight Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience with hotel systems ( Hilton PeP or similar ) is a plus Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional Benefits ✔ Hilton Team Member Travel Program (Go Hilton) ✔ Employee hotel discounts ✔ Supportive team environment ✔ Opportunity to grow within Hilton brand hotels Schedule Availability Candidates must be flexible availability for: PM shift (3PM•11 PM) Sunday Overnight shifts (11 PM•7 AM) Monday & Tuesday Weekends and holidays when needed Additional shifts to cover front desk when required Join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic service and meticulous management.
