Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations, and reconcile financial transactions. Welcome late-arriving guests with professionalism, providing check-in assistance and resolving any issues promptly. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including handling guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to safeguard the property and guest belongings. Prepare detailed shift reports, including incident logs, guest feedback, and operational summaries to ensure smooth handovers. Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests or concerns to enhance overall satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and standards. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hotels enhances your ability to manage complex guest needs. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and guest interaction.
