In this pivotal role, you will oversee overnight operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience while maintaining the safety and security of the property. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our nightly operations, providing a warm welcome and efficient service during the overnight hours. Duties Manage all front desk activities during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts to ensure accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial transactions Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, inspecting premises, and controlling access points to ensure guest safety Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support daily operations and audits Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and professionally Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, processing payments, and managing reservations Complete other duties as assigned by management Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on night audit or front desk functions Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and accounting procedures for accurate nightly audits Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and phone etiquette for engaging with guests and team members effectively Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure Familiarity with guest relations practices within resort or hotel environments to enhance guest satisfaction Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest services, security protocols, and hotel management best practices Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring smooth nightly operations.
