We have 69 rooms on property, with a few meeting rooms, a hot tub and a fitness room. We were once called the Daintiest Hotel West of the Mississippi, and we pride ourselves in over 100 years of exemplary customer service. We are currently looking for a Part Time Night Auditor/Security to fit in with our team! We thank you again for your interest, and look forward to meeting you soon! The current hours available are 11PM through 7AM two nights a week, Saturday and Sunday. The position is primarily Security, though covering an audit shift here and there is possible so we would like to train someone for both. Applicants must have a current, valid driver's license. Responsibilities Post and complete nightly auditing practices, including verifying credit card balances, turning over the day, and verifying accounts Emailing all pertinent information nightly to our corporate office Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs As security, doing rounds throughout the property and noting any events during shifts As security, responding to guest issues and keeping hotel secure Skills Work experience as Security personnel is fantastic, but not required Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills
