Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. Your expertise in hospitality management, customer service, and property management systems will help uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness. Verify guest billing, process payments, and reconcile accounts to maintain financial integrity. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing friendly, professional service via phone and in person. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues with customer service problem-solving skills, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the shift. Monitor security cameras, perform safety inspections, and follow hotel emergency procedures to safeguard guests and staff during overnight hours. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review. Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records in hospitality reservation systems and managing front desk operations during quieter hours. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent platforms, is essential. Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages or bilingual settings are advantageous. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations best practices, and night audit processes is desirable. Experience working in resort environments or with multilingual clients enhances your suitability for this role. Strong phone etiquette skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities will help you excel in client communication and guest services.
