In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold the highest standards of guest service and security. Your multilingual skills and hospitality management expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight excellence, maintaining smooth operations while providing exceptional guest experiences. We are a brand new all suite hotel in Pittsburg looking to build a strong and reliable team. Night auditors are an essential component in the safety, welfare and productivity of any hotel. Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel management software to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with friendly phone etiquette and exceptional customer service. Monitor security cameras and perform visual inspections of the property to maintain safety and security standards. Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide personalized guest relations that enhance overall satisfaction. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently, including handling incidents or emergencies with professionalism and calmness. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight facility needs or issues that arise. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk roles within hotels or resorts, preferably with night audit responsibilities. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially PEP or comparable hotel software platforms. Strong customer service skills complemented by problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse range of guests effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services protocols, and resort operations is advantageous. Prior experience working in resort environments or hotels with extensive guest relations responsibilities is preferred.
