Compensation:

$19 per hour

Responsibilities:

Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management

Qualifications:

Overnight shift; requires flexible hours Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required About Company Our Redding Hotel is near the Shasta Cascade Region. The Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center Redding is centrally located within Shasta County businesses and attractions, offering the perfect location for corporate and leisure travelers alike. The hotel has a little over 8,000 square feet of customizable event and meeting space.
