Job Description
Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Night Auditor to join our hospitality team at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality management, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Guest service experience is highly valued to enhance guest relations and streamline operations. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures in a courteous manner Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software Provide guest services including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy at the end of each shift Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure professional communication at all times Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Bilingual abilities are a plus but not necessary Knowledge of hotel property management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable (OPERA/Opera Cloud) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally during busy check-in periods or guest complaints Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk roles preferred Hospitality or hotel experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join our team to deliver memorable guest experiences in a seasoned hospitality environment!
