Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, ensure seamless overnight operations at our vibrant resort. This energetic role combines guest relations, front desk management, and administrative duties to deliver exceptional service during the nighttime hours. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests, providing friendly assistance while maintaining the integrity of hotel records and financial transactions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests and support the smooth functioning of our hotel's overnight operations. Duties Welcome and assist guests arriving during the night shift, ensuring a warm and professional experience through excellent customer service and phone etiquette. Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving guest inquiries with a positive attitude. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records while reconciling daily transactions. Monitor multi-line phone systems to handle guest requests, reservations, and internal communications efficiently. Maintain security by overseeing access to the hotel premises, conducting safety checks, and documenting any incidents or irregularities. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support management's review and decision-making. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold high standards of hospitality. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality roles, particularly at the front desk or night audit position. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and resort environments. Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and resolving issues efficiently. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk software, and basic accounting or audit procedures. Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism. Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
