Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link ensuring smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this energetic role, you will oversee the nightly financial reconciliation, provide top-tier guest services, and maintain the safety and security of the property. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help uphold our reputation for excellence while supporting the seamless functioning of our hotel during nighttime hours. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills and contribute to memorable guest stays. Duties Conduct nightly financial audits by reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and preparing detailed reports using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience through effective client communication. Maintain hotel security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols, and managing access control to ensure guest safety and property protection. Handle phone communication with guests, vendors, and staff using proper phone etiquette while providing accurate information and assistance. Assist with hotel emergency procedures by responding swiftly to incidents or alarms, ensuring guest safety at all times. Support hotel management by preparing daily reports, updating reservation records in hospitality reservation systems, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, especially in night audit roles within resort or hotel environments. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), particularly OPERA or similar platforms used in the industry. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest relations across diverse clientele. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest satisfaction. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to handle unforeseen situations effectively. Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette to manage inquiries efficiently. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and attention to detail. Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week
