In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the front desk during nighttime hours, uphold guest satisfaction, and maintain accurate financial records. Your energetic and detail-oriented approach will help create a welcoming environment for guests arriving or departing during the night while safeguarding hotel operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills and provide exceptional guest services in a fast-paced, vibrant setting. Duties Welcome and assist guests during late-night arrivals and departures with professionalism and warmth. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms. Handle all front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and special requests with efficiency and courtesy. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and following hotel emergency procedures. Prepare detailed shift reports documenting financial transactions, guest issues, and operational activities for management review. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and resolve any issues swiftly. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on night audit functions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations better. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS) is essential. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices to ensure safety and satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction via phone or face-to-face. Experience working in resort environments or hotels with extensive guest services is preferred to enhance guest experiences during overnight hours.
