In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk functions, and ensuring the accuracy of financial and operational records. Duties Greet and assist guests during the overnight shift with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive guest experience. Handle all front desk responsibilities, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette best practices. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records while reconciling daily transactions. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting visual inspections of the property to ensure safety. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support operational transparency and accountability. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or issues via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight facility needs or guest requests efficiently. Uphold hospitality standards by providing exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to guest satisfaction and hotel excellence. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail. Familiarity with guest services procedures, hotel safety protocols, and security measures such as CCTV monitoring. Exceptional communication skills to interact confidently with guests, team members, and emergency responders if needed. Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments is preferred but not required.
