Part-Time Night Auditor Best Western Alpenglo Lodge in Winter Park is seeking a dependable and friendly Part-Time Night Auditor .

Schedule:

Friday through Sunday nights, with occasional Monday nights, from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The Night Auditor is responsible for assisting overnight guests, answering phones, processing reservations and payments, balancing daily transactions, and completing nightly computer reports.

Additional duties include:

Preparing the breakfast so it is ready for guests before the end of the shift Providing minor overnight security by monitoring the property and helping keep guests safe Politely addressing noise complaints and asking disruptive guests to be quiet Performing occasional simple maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

Strong math and basic accounting skills Good computer skills and the ability to learn hotel software Professional telephone and customer-service skills Comfortable addressing guest noise and safety concerns Ability to work independently and remain organized Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working overnight Previous hotel or front-desk experience is helpful but not required We are looking for someone who is welcoming and professional with guests while also being accurate, observant, and detail-oriented.
