Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Hotel Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This energetic position involves managing front desk activities during the night shift, verifying daily financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records to support hotel management. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help uphold our high standards of guest service and operational excellence. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries during the overnight hours, providing friendly and professional customer service. Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) to ensure accuracy. Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently through hospitality reservation systems. Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and communicate effectively via phone and in person to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety throughout the night. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address any overnight operational needs or guest concerns. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS). Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and phone etiquette. Previous night audit experience is preferred; however, motivated candidates with hospitality experience are encouraged to apply. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
