Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries during the overnight hours, providing friendly and professional customer service. Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) to ensure accuracy. Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently through hospitality reservation systems. Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and communicate effectively via phone and in person to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety throughout the night. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address any overnight operational needs or guest concerns. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS). Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and phone etiquette. Previous night audit experience is preferred; however, motivated candidates with hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.
