Night Auditor (Overnight Shift) DoubleTree by Hilton - Wilmington, DE Position Overview DoubleTree by Hilton Wilmington is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations and complete all nightly financial reconciliation. Advanced proficiency with Hilton PEP is a mandatory requirement for this role. This position requires someone who can work independently, maintain financial accuracy, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment overnight. Key Responsibilities Perform all nightly audit procedures using Hilton PEP system Reconcile daily transactions and balance revenue reports with precision Process late arrivals and early departures Handle overnight guest requests and resolve issues professionally Maintain property safety and security standards Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports Ensure smooth transition to morning shift Support reservations and room assignments as needed Required Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience (required) Demonstrated proficiency in Hilton PEP system (required — candidates will be evaluated on PEP knowledge) Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy Ability to work independently overnight Calm, professional, and guest-focused demeanor Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive compensation Hilton travel discounts worldwide Growth opportunities within Hilton brand
