Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and teas with precision and consistency. Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and build relationships with guests. Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders. Craft specialty drinks with attention to presentation and detail. Maintain inventory, restock supplies, and ensure a clean and organized workspace. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality. Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

✅ Previous barista experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with a great attitude! ✅ Passion for coffee and a strong desire to learn and grow in the craft. ✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills. ✅ Ability to multitask and work under pressure. ✅ Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
