Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact during nighttime hours, managing front desk responsibilities, verifying daily financial transactions, and maintaining the safety and security of our property. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help uphold our standards of excellence while providing a welcoming environment for all guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills and contribute to a memorable guest journey. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Conduct nightly audits by reviewing and reconciling all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments Ensure accurate documentation of daily revenue reports, incident logs, and shift reports to maintain operational integrity Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues with professionalism Monitor security cameras and perform property inspections to maintain safety standards during overnight hours Enforce hotel emergency procedures when necessary, including handling guest safety concerns or emergency situations with calmness and clarity Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and facility issues efficiently Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) Excellent customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively while maintaining positive client communication Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse guests seamlessly Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and security protocols to ensure a safe environment Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries via phone communication professionally Ability to work independently during night shifts with a proactive attitude towards operational tasks and guest interactions Resort experience or extensive hotel experience is preferred to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality passion makes a difference! Pay:
$15.00 - $16.50 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
