Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure a seamless guest experience during overnight hours. In this vital role, you will manage the front desk operations, handle guest inquiries, and perform nightly audits to ensure accuracy in financial records. Your hospitality expertise will contribute to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while upholding the highest standards of guest service and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in hotel management, customer service, and property operations in a fast-paced environment. Duties Welcome and assist guests during late-night hours with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) Conduct nightly financial audits to verify and reconcile daily revenue, room charges, and billing records accurately Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service through phone communication and face-to-face interactions Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access points, and ensuring guest safety in accordance with hotel emergency procedures Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Handle phone etiquette professionally when communicating with guests, vendors, or internal departments Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, modifications, and guest account adjustments with hospitality management software Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on night audit procedures Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively and communicate clearly in multiple languages or bilingually preferred Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms used for reservations and billing processes Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices to ensure safety and satisfaction Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries and client communication Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail during financial audits Resort or hotel experience is highly desirable; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests This paid position is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive during overnight shifts.
