Hotel Night Auditor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless overnight guest experience. This role involves multitasking across various aspects of a guest's stay, from check-ins and reservations to balancing financial reports, while upholding our property's vision, mission, and core values. Compensation:

$15 hourly

Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records. Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift. Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs. Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings.

Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
