Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Maintain front desk operations, including managing phone systems and responding to calls with professionalism. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Qualifications Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Familiarity with hospitality software systems is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced guest interaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
