About the Role TownePlace Suites by Marriott Daytona Beach Oceanfront is looking for a detail-oriented, trustworthy Night Auditor to join our team. This dual-role position combines front desk customer service during the overnight hours with essential end-of-day financial auditing and reporting. You will ensure the hotel operates safely and smoothly overnight while setting up the morning team and guests for a successful day.

Key Responsibilities Night Audit & Financial Balancing:

Perform daily roll-over auditing procedures, balance guest accounts, run end-of-day financial reports, and reconcile room charges and revenues in the PMS system (FOSSE/Lightspeed).

Overnight Front Desk Operations:

Greet late-arriving guests, process check-ins and check-outs, manage guest inquiries, and answer overnight phone calls.

Safety & Security:

Serve as the primary point of contact during night hours, maintaining safety standards, conducting visual walkthroughs of public areas, and addressing any overnight noise complaints or guest needs.

Morning Transition Support:

Assist with early morning check-outs and support the initial setup of the complimentary breakfast area before the morning shift arrives.

Issue Resolution:

Handle guest concerns with calm professionalism and record detailed pass-on notes for hotel leadership regarding overnight occurrences.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

1+ years in hotel front desk, night audit, or basic accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred (Marriott PMS experience is a significant advantage).

Dependability & Autonomy:

High level of self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently during quiet overnight hours. Attention to

Schedule Availability:

Must be available to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
