Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in Destin. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift.

Duties:

• Conduct the nightly audit process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with any late-night guest needs or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and security of the property during the night shift

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
