Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in Destin. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift.Duties:
- Conduct the nightly audit process, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with any late-night guest needs or emergencies
- Ensure the safety and security of the property during the night shift
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
