Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, and handle financial transactions with precision. Your expertise in hospitality management and exceptional customer service skills will create a welcoming environment for our guests while maintaining the integrity of property management systems. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management software. Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and guest accounts to support hotel management in decision-making. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or issues via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service and resolving problems efficiently. Handle emergency situations following hotel protocols for safety and guest well-being, including communication with emergency responders if necessary. Maintain accurate records of all night audit activities, shift reports, incident logs, and guest requests to ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or comparable platforms. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem-solving abilities. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and security protocols to handle night-time incidents confidently. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction via phone communication channels. Previous hotel experience or working within a hospitality environment that emphasizes guest relations is preferred. Pay:
