Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations at our hotel. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving or departing during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services and maintaining the safety and security of the property. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that leaves a lasting positive impression on our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hotel management skills while working in a lively, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving guest inquiries with a friendly, solution-focused approach Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations data while preparing financial reports for management Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, inspecting premises, and controlling access to the hotel property during overnight hours Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to answer inquiries from guests, vendors, or staff efficiently Document all shift activities through detailed reports on guest transactions, incidents, and operational issues for seamless handovers Support guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations or front desk services Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Excellent customer service skills combined with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication and record keeping Familiarity with night audit procedures, guest services, and security protocols within a resort or hotel environment Exceptional phone etiquette skills to handle guest inquiries confidently over the phone Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel overnight.
