This vital role ensures the accuracy of financial transactions, maintains guest satisfaction during overnight hours, and supports the smooth operation of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality management, guest services, and possess excellent communication skills, including multilingual abilities. Bilingual proficiency is highly valued to better serve our diverse guest base. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where professionalism, hospitality expertise, and guest relations are paramount. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all hotel financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments Prepare and review daily financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness Assist guests with late check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service during overnight hours Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and guest accounts Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and uphold hotel standards Collaborate with front desk staff to facilitate seamless guest experiences Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight shifts by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular patrols Perform administrative duties such as balancing cash drawers and preparing reports for management Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred Familiarity with night audit procedures and front desk functions within a resort or hotel setting is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is beneficial Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and confidentiality Experience in handling guest complaints professionally while maintaining a positive attitude This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality to contribute to a welcoming environment while developing their skills in hotel management and guest relations.
