Job Summary:

Saturday/Sunday 11pm-7am or Saturday/Sunday 10pm-6am We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. This is a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel revenue and expenses
• Verify the accuracy of guest accounts, including charges and credits
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety

Experience:

• Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of guest services and front desk operations
• Familiarity with phone systems and hotel software (e.g., property management systems)
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
