This energetic position combines meticulous financial reconciliation with attentive guest service, providing a lively and rewarding environment for motivated professionals. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during the overnight shift, overseeing front desk operations, managing reservations, and maintaining the integrity of hotel records. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help uphold our commitment to hospitality excellence around the clock. Duties Conduct nightly financial audits by reconciling guest accounts, reservations, and daily revenue reports using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing friendly, professional customer service via phone and in person Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and handle special requests with a positive attitude to enhance guest satisfaction Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform safety checks, and follow emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety during overnight hours Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain accurate records for management review Assist with reservation management using hospitality reservation systems, ensuring all bookings are accurately processed and updated Support front desk operations by handling phone communication with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette, and maintaining guest relations Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in front desk or night audit roles Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), particularly OPERA or comparable platforms Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond confidently during incidents Excellent phone communication skills combined with hospitality expertise to create welcoming interactions Previous resort experience or hotel experience that demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced environments Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of service and accuracy Embark on a role that energizes your passion for hospitality!
