Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor (OVERNIGHT), where you will be the vigilant guardian of our property during the quiet hours of the night. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy of daily financial transactions, uphold guest satisfaction through exceptional service, and maintain smooth hotel operations while providing a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help us deliver an outstanding guest experience around the clock. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) to ensure accuracy and completeness. Review and reconcile daily revenue reports, room charges, and billing details to maintain precise financial records. Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests checking in or out during overnight hours, addressing inquiries with clear communication and hospitality expertise. Manage front desk operations including reservations, guest requests, and issue resolution with a focus on exceptional guest relations. Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly and efficiently in case of incidents or safety concerns, ensuring guest safety at all times. Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette, assisting guests and internal departments with inquiries or special requests. Prepare shift reports detailing activities, incidents, and any irregularities encountered during your shift to ensure seamless handovers. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) used in hotel management. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication across diverse populations. Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to handle guest concerns effectively and professionally. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols to respond confidently during emergencies. Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with proper phone etiquette for professional client interactions. Experience working in resort environments or properties with extensive guest services offerings is preferred to deliver a comprehensive hospitality experience.
