Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Conduct the nightly audit process, verifying and reconciling all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other key metrics to support management decision-making. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues with a friendly, solution-oriented approach. Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks to uphold hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, reservations, and billing information while safeguarding sensitive data. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure all guest needs are met during the night shift. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; prior night audit or hotel experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to handle unforeseen incidents confidently. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination. Ability to problem-solve efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
