Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with exceptional customer service and friendly phone etiquette Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) Choice Advantage Conduct nightly audits by verifying financial transactions, balancing accounts, and preparing reports to ensure accuracy for the next day's operations Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and enforcing hotel safety protocols including emergency procedures Process all incoming calls efficiently in multiple languages if applicable, ensuring clear communication with guests and staff Collaborate with hotel management to address guest concerns proactively and uphold high standards of guest services Qualifications Night Auditor experience is a PLUS with Choice Hotels Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), especially Choice Advantage Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively in a fast-paced setting Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele better Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and night audit processes Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Previous resort experience is a plus, along with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests while advancing your career in hospitality!
