Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor/Front Desk Associate, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless guest experiences during overnight hours. This energetic position combines the responsibilities of a front desk agent with the critical tasks of night auditing, maintaining guest relations, and managing hotel operations after hours. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for guests while ensuring operational accuracy and safety throughout the night shift. Duties Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing exceptional customer service through friendly and professional interactions. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, responding to guest inquiries, reservations, and service requests with clarity and courtesy. Conduct nightly audits of hotel transactions using property management systems (PMS) to ensure financial accuracy. Monitor security cameras, conduct safety inspections, and follow hotel emergency procedures to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Manage guest accounts, process payments, and resolve billing discrepancies promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain accurate records of overnight activities. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift. Skills Proven experience in hotel front desk operations with familiarity in property management systems. Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on guest relations and problem-solving abilities. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Not a deal breaker. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and night audit processes to ensure smooth overnight operations. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills across multi-line phone systems and client interactions. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining professionalism and hospitality standards. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate financial reconciliation and record keeping.
