In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining accurate financial and operational records. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and property management system (PMS) entries such as OPERA. Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries via phone communication with excellent phone etiquette. Perform routine safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support daily hotel operations. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests or issues promptly. Handle customer service problem-solving scenarios with a positive attitude to enhance guest relations and resolve concerns efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort experience. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual skills are a plus. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards, and night audit processes. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Experience with hospitality reservation systems and hotel management software is highly desirable. Demonstrated problem-solving skills in customer service scenarios and client communication expertise.
