Job Description

Front Desk Agent Duties:
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
  • Check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
