Night Auditor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing night audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction. This position is Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night from 11pm-7am. Duties Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff. Set up breakfast and support kitchen staff as needed Keep lobby, eating, meeting room, and bathroom areas clean and market organized Maintain coffee station Collaborate with hotel management to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics. Team mindset and ability to collaborate with others Experience Previous experience in front desk operations is preferred. Familiarity with night audit processes is highly desirable. Strong phone etiquette skills and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally. Proven ability to maintain guest relations and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
