In this dynamic role, you'll oversee overnight operations, verify financial transactions, and provide exceptional guest support during the late hours. Your proactive approach will help maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence while creating a safe, welcoming environment for all visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight team, blending hospitality management with guest relations to deliver memorable experiences. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Manage the front desk during overnight hours by greeting late-arriving guests and handling check-ins or check-outs efficiently. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests via phone or in person, providing courteous and professional customer service. Monitor security systems and perform safety checks throughout the hotel premises to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. Prepare detailed shift reports, including incident logs, guest feedback, and operational summaries for management review. Assist with resolving guest concerns or complaints with a friendly attitude, aiming to exceed expectations and foster guest loyalty. Support other departments as needed, including coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth overnight operations. Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive guest relations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Proficiency in front desk procedures, including handling multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management software, and basic accounting practices. Exceptional communication skills for clear interactions with guests and team members across shifts. Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
