Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. Duties
- Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during late hours
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain the front desk and lobby area clean and organized
- Secure the premises during the night
- Prepare daily reports and complete administrative tasks Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of night audit processes and procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in using hotel management software
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities during night shifts
