Overview We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. Duties

• Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during late hours
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain the front desk and lobby area clean and organized
• Secure the premises during the night
• Prepare daily reports and complete administrative tasks Experience
• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred
• Knowledge of night audit processes and procedures
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Proficiency in using hotel management software
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities during night shifts
