Job Description

Front Desk Agent Duties:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's facilities and services
  • Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, and changes
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment
  • Ability to transcribe messages accurately
  • Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
  • Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
