We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position includes front desk duties, guest service, and 2 Night Audit shifts per week . Additional shifts may be required as needed. Open availability is required. Responsibilities Check guests in and out Answer phones and assist guests Make and manage reservations Process payments accurately Handle guest requests and concerns Complete Night Audit duties 2 nights weekly Keep front desk clean and organized Follow hotel policies and standards Skills & Qualifications Front desk or customer service experience preferred Night Audit experience a plus Good communication skills Basic computer skills Reliable and punctual Able to multitask Open availability required Availability Must be available days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays 2 overnight shifts required weekly Job Type Part-time / Full-time Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule Day shift Evening shift Overnight shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Holidays as needed Overtime may be available Work Location In person If you are dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team that takes pride in guest satisfaction, we encourage you to apply.
