Free Parking / On Bus Route Early Access to Earned Wages Travel Discounts Competitive Pay What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned): Use technology to deliver an exceptional guest experience Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival Manage check-in, check-out, and billing with accuracy and care Handle sensitive guest information, including room assignments and payment transactions Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Follow all policies, procedures, and in-service requirements Support front desk operations: answer main phone lines, respond to GXP, and track GSS & TripAdvisor scores What we're looking for: High school diploma 2+ years of hotel front desk experience (preferred) A genuine love for meeting new people and building connections A positive attitude and natural customer-service flair Reliability, integrity, and strong team spirit Polished, professional manners The ability to anticipate guest needs and delight them with friendly, thoughtful service A consistently caring and respectful approach A gracious host mindset—for guests, vendors, and future teammates
