In this overnight role, you'll balance and reconcile daily hotel transactions, prepare reports, and ensure accurate financial records while delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include processing check-ins/check-outs, handling reservations, addressing guest needs, and monitoring security throughout the night. You'll use hotel PMS and accounting systems to verify charges, post corrections, and close the day. Responsibilities Perform nightly audit of daily hotel revenues and transactions Balance and reconcile front office accounts and resolve discrepancies Run and distribute required daily reports to management Process guest check-ins/check-outs and handle reservations overnight Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies with service focus Monitor property security and follow safety procedures during night shift Handle cash, credit card processing, and deposit preparation Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for next-day readiness Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and audit policies Maintain accurate records and support front office operations as needed Required Skills Hotel property management systems (PMS) operation Basic accounting and financial reconciliation Cash handling and payment processing Night audit procedures and reporting Customer service and guest relations Data entry and report generation (Excel or similar) Credit card processing and PCI compliance Written and verbal communication Problem-solving and issue resolution Time management and multitasking
