If you're a night owl who enjoys detailed work in an customer oriented environment then we are looking for you! Hours are from 10pm to 8am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday . Some weekends and holidays as needed. Flexible on starting and ending times. Job duties included but not limited to: Providing award winning customer service Taking reservations Checking in and out hotel guests Oversee the security and operations of the hotel on 3rd shift. Organizing paperwork and gathering reports for management. Light housekeeping duties as well as other duties assigned. Some food and beverage duties such as making coffee and assisting breakfast room attendant and restocking market shelves Excel spreadsheet knowledge helpful Stay PMS computer system knowledge helpful but not required This is a perfect opportunity for anyone wanting to enter the hospitality industry for an established company with years of experience. Hospitality is the 3rd largest employer in the Quad Cities. High school diploma or GED preferred.
