Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor\Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you'll serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. Your energetic approach to customer service will help foster a positive environment, making each guest's stay exceptional. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier guest relations. This shift is for 11pm to 7am. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems Handle guest inquiries and requests with enthusiasm, ensuring their needs are met promptly Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers and direct inquiries Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details Transporting guests to local attractions via hotel shuttle Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Skills Strong background in hospitality management and customer service excellence Previous hotel or resort experience is highly desirable Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management software systems Skilled in guest relations, resolving issues with professionalism and positivity Proficient in phone etiquette and managing multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with guests and team members Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels at home! Pay:
