Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies efficiently Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and assistance to callers Maintain security by conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access points Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers Assist guests with special requests, providing personalized guest services that enhance their stay Uphold phone etiquette standards and deliver friendly, attentive customer service at all times Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members Proven experience in hotel management or front desk roles within a resort or hotel environment Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and security protocols Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear documentation practices Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest's experience memorable.
