Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage various front desk responsibilities while conducting night audits. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, while maintaining an organized booking system. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure all accounts are balanced at the end of each shift. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their stay experience. Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner, reflecting the standards of our establishment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and communication throughout the hotel. Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls effectively, directing them to appropriate departments as needed. Experience Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality roles is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest relations with diverse clientele. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and relationship building. Ability to perform night audit duties accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
