LEADS/MONTH

Adam Auto Group in Crestwood, IL is adding an Automotive Sales Consultant to our team. We're looking for someone who is confident, personable, competitive and motivated to succeed. Automotive experience is NOT required. If you're great with people, communicate well and are willing to learn, we'll teach you the car business.

HOW YOU GET PAID

$500 weekly base salary $250 per vehicle sold 15-19 vehicles: additional $25 per vehicle 20-24 vehicles: additional $50 per vehicle 25+ vehicles: additional $75 per vehicle F&I profit participation $500 Top Salesperson bonus opportunity Uncapped earning potential Strong performers have the opportunity to earn $10,000+ per month.

You need cars and customers to sell cars. We provide both. Nearly 1,000 dealership-generated internet leads per month 200+ vehicles in inventory Daily showroom traffic Exceptional lender network that rivals major franchise dealerships Financing options across a wide range of credit profiles Paid training and ongoing coaching Management support to help you close deals We provide the inventory, leads, lender network and support. You bring the work ethic and follow-up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Respond to internet leads by phone, text and email Greet and assist showroom customers Help customers select the right vehicle Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives Follow up with leads and previous customers Work with management to structure deals Guide customers through the purchasing process Maintain accurate CRM records Build repeat and referral business
