Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at a vibrant hotel or resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Check guests in and out of their accommodations efficiently and accurately. Manage reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and services. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism. Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone calls and emails. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in promoting hotel services and events to enhance guest experience. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus. Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
