, Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overnight front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is vital in providing seamless guest services during nighttime hours and supporting the overall smooth functioning of our hotel or resort. Candidates with hospitality management experience, multilingual abilities, and strong customer service skills are highly encouraged to apply. The Night Auditor plays a key role in guest relations, hotel management, and ensuring the security of the property during overnight shifts. Responsibilities Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and balance daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management Greet guests arriving during night hours with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent guest services Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently via front desk channels Manage multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to assist guests and staff Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and billing information Ensure the safety and security of the hotel property during overnight hours Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and documentation Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly Uphold high standards of hospitality management, guest relations, and hotel policies Experience Previous experience in hotel or front desk operations is preferred Knowledge of night audit procedures within a hotel or resort environment is highly desirable Bilingual skills or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse guests effectively Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest services technology is advantageous Experience working in hospitality or related customer service roles will be beneficial for success in this position
Pay:
$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
