Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our vibrant hotel or resort. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk activities, and maintaining the integrity of financial and operational records. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries during overnight hours, ensuring a positive guest experience. Manage front desk operations including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile financial transactions, update reports, and ensure accuracy of all accounts. Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts. Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and conduct visual inspections of the property to uphold safety standards. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs or facility issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Knowledge of night audit procedures, guest services, and hotel experience is essential. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and basic accounting or financial reconciliation is preferred. Exceptional guest relations skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and safety standards.
