Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, providing friendly and efficient service. Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conduct the nightly audit process by reconciling accounts, verifying billing accuracy, and preparing financial reports for management review. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience and resolve issues effectively. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and managing access control for staff and guests. Respond to emergency situations following hotel emergency procedures, ensuring guest safety at all times. Communicate with guests via multi-line phone systems using professional phone etiquette to provide information or transfer calls as needed. Document shift activities thoroughly through shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure operational continuity. Support front desk operations by managing multi-tasking responsibilities including guest relations, phone communication, and administrative tasks during overnight shifts. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols is essential for guest security. Excellent phone communication skills with proficiency in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Previous night audit experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while managing multiple responsibilities confidently.
